St. Tropez - les Salins Reference 173p   Click on the pics to see enlargements	This beautifully restored old bastide is within the Commune of Ramatuelle and has a view of the Bay of Pampelonne and situated in a quarter know as 'Des Marres', around 6 minutes' drive from the centre of St. Tropez, and within 4 minutes to Tahiti/Pampelonne beaches. The area of the grounds, which have electrically controlled security gates, is a little over 2 hectares or about 5 acres. The live able area of the dwelling is 350 sq. metres or about 3200 sq. feet, and is disposed as follows:  Entry hall leading directly into the very big living and dining area which is composed of 2 parts, and opens to the terrace from which the pool and garden are accessed. Off of this is a small TV room and guest WC, as well as leading to the beautifully modern kitchen which is complete in every aspect.  On this floor also are bedrooms 1 and 2 -number 1 with a large single bed of 1.2m; number two a double bed of 1.4m. Bedroom number three on this floor has a large double bed of 1.6m, bathroom and independent WC.  Bedroom four has a bed also of 1.6m and shares a dressing room.   Bedroom five has a double bed of 1.6m and a shower room with WC.  Outdoors: Beautiful pool of 13m x 6m or about 40 feet by 18 feet.
