Sleeps 10 person - all double beds - pool Situated close to the village of Pégomas (Alpes Maritimes), an older villa full of charm on two levels, dominating much of of the valley of the Siagne river. Area of grounds :1 hectare of which 2000 m2 are useable, or about 2.5 acres) • The sea is 9 km by car (Mandelieu) and is 12 km from Cannes. • Liveable area: 200 m2 or about 1800 sq. ft. Five bedrooms. Sleeps 10 persons. • Ground floor: Entrance into independent fully equipped kitchen, looking onto the rear terrace. • Living room with chimney, Dining room, small TV room. • First floor : Bedroom 1: with bed of 1.2m, adjoining bathroom and bidet, view over the pool, independent WC. • Bedroom 2: with bed of 1.4m Bedroom 3: with bed of 1.4m Common bathroom with bidet for these 2 bedrooms. • Bedroom 4: with bed of 1.2m and adjoining bathroom, bidet and 2 washbasins. • Bedroom 5: with bed of 1.4m and adjoining bathroom with bidet. • Outdoors: Garden furniture, mobile BBQ, small summer kitchen comprising 'fridge, gas cooking plate and sink. • Covered parking for 1 car plus uncovered outside villa. • Well wooded garden • Swimming pool: 8 x 3.5m or about 25ft.x 12ft.; not overly large but very welcoming and refreshing pool. Nicely lit at night.
