Nice airport is but 20 minutes away. Sleeps 8+2 persons and includes an individual annexe, with double bed, shower room and separate WC. Entry hall leading to: • Double bedroom with independent shower room and WC. • Large sitting/Dining room leading onto patio overlooking the swimming pool. • Separate TV (French TV) room also overlooking the pool via the patio. • Fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room. Patio is equipped with a gas BBQ.   First floor: • Second fully equipped kitchen leading onto small patio overlooking the garden. • Sitting (video only) TV room with single bed. • Bathroom with shower and separate WC. • Double bedroom • Bunk bedroom, plus • Single bedroom. Outside:  • Large - 35x18 feet - swimming pool. Access to the pool via the patio can be monitored by means of the gate guarding the steps.
