• A very secluded, but not isolated, South facing hillside villa. Less than 1 km from the picturesque village of Callian, this nicely appointed house offers breath taking views over the village of Montauroux and the Esterel mountain range; a very private and comfortable place to spend your holiday.
• A 9m x 4.5m infinity solar heated swimming pool (with alarm) has a sloping beach,and is surrounded by stone and wooden terrasses, outdoor barbeque and large table, shaded by 2 large parasols and covered terrasse.
• The villa is on 2 levels, but each room has its own outdoor access. The lounge is open to the outside with 2 very large bay windows, which gives one the impression of living outdoors.
• The open style fully fitted and equipped kitchen allows you and your guests to benefit from the view.
From the lounge, a modern staircase leads to the first floor via the mezzanine.
One twin bedded and 1 double bedroom; each with outdoor access. The bathroom has a semi-sunken jaccuzzi bath, with a view over the garden, (the glass is a one way mirror for privacy) there is also the possibility to block the view with a shutter inside the glass.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor, and has an ensuite multijet shower room, and stunning views
The property is occupied by the owner when not rented, so is in top condition with top quality leather furniture, stone top dining table, leather dining chairs… large flat screen TV (some English channels and DVD player, Home cinema… etc), unlimited 5mbits WIFI internet access.
