• Large garden in a quiet lane overlooking vineyards - in a beautiful area for sunshine, wine and walking.
• The delightful accommodation is for two persons and provides a double bedroom with new en-suite shower/bathroom facilities.
• A tastefully furnished dining room and lounge (with BBC/ITV/Sky television) which leads to large sun terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The pool is 9m x 3.5m and can be lit at night - adjoining the pool is an outside dining area. A terrace surrounds the pool for sun-loungers etc.
• There is a new and fully equipped kitchen and an outside barbecue is available. Caretaker is resident in garden guest house providing daily pool cleaning, housekeeping is also available if required.
• The village of Callas with its market, restaurants, shops, bar and garage, is approximately 2kms from the Villa.
• The coast and resorts of Fréjus and Saint Raphael are within about half an hour's drive.
• The country town of Draguignan is approximately 30 minute's drive by car for shopping, theatre etc. There are many superb restaurants in the area surrounding the villa.
This is a delightful option for a blissfully idyllic quiet holiday villa for a couple, rather than an apartment, at an affordable price.
The resident guardian/gardener/pool man lives in a totally independent accomodation - an added security as the property is always guarded.
