Cot and high chair are available upon request. The 10 x 5 metre pool is fully fenced for that extra peace of mind and the well tended gardens have plenty of toys and a large plastic climbing frame/playhouse. There is a large selection of comfortable seating around the pool. • That said, this is very much an adults' house too, with a large, shaded terrace for outdoor eating, as well as a smaller breakfast area outside of the kitchen - also a very large gas barbeque on this terrace. • Indoors, there is a variety of accommodation with a new fully fitted kitchen with American style fridge with ice maker, a large dining area with seating for up to 10 persons, a sitting room with satellite TV and HiFi, and an incredible family room with projection home cinema. Also on this floor is a self contained annexe with double bedroom, sitting room and shower room. Upstairs are four further bedrooms, the master double bedroom has its own shower room / WC and a further 3 bedrooms share use of a large, modern family bathroom with tub and overhead shower. • Two of these bedrooms open onto a roof terrace with views of Antibes and the Mediterranean. • This house is also within very easy reach of Marineland, a water adventure park. Biot village is around a 30 minute drive from Nice Airport and is within easy distance of Antibes, Cannes and Grasse. The nearest beach is Antibes.
