• Set into the hillside in the western part of Nice, this beautiful apartment has panoramic views over the Mediterranean across to Cap Ferrat.
• The apartment has a private garden to the west with its own orange and olive tree. There are two large terraces overlooking one of the two swimming pools and a private gate leads directly from the private garden to the pool. There are also large well kept gardens exclusively for the use of residents.
• The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a bathroom/toilet and separate toilet. Accommodation comprises a spacious double/twin bedded room and double sofa bed in the large living room. There is also a second small bedroom that can provide accommodation for either one person on a camp bed or a young person in a travel cot. The terraces, garden and living room from its triple french windows, all enjoy fantastic views.
• There is parking available in an enclosed garage underneath the apartments and local shops offering a range of fresh produce are within a few minutes walk.
Nice is well located for visiting many lovely places, such as Grasse or St Paul de Vence, inland and other delightful haunts along the Riviera.
