Cap Ferrat Reference 323 Click on the pics to see enlargements	Reference 323 St Jean Cap Ferrat Sleeps 8     • Is located on the west side of Cap Ferrat where it has stunning views of the Mediterranean and looks west across the Baie des Anges to Antibes and further north up to the snow covered mountains of the Alpes Maritimes. St. Jean Cap Ferrat is located mid-way between Nice and Monaco.   • The Villa has accommodation for eight people in four air-conditioned double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. On the top floor is a very large living room and dining room with picture windows overlooking the sea, plus the kitchen, cloakroom and entrance hall? There is a study and a covered loggia to eat outside. The ground floor leads to a patio and a beautiful pool (about 10m x 4m) surrounded by flowers. The living area is about 375 sq. metres in a plot of about 2000 sq. metres, which descends through a series of terraces to the sea and a small shingle beach. The Villa has a comprehensive modern alarm system with both internal and external sensors. The alarm system is monitored and someone will normally be on-site within 15 minutes.   • Living area and the patio and kitchen are on the top floor taking advantage of the beautiful views. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast area. There is a utility room with washing machine and drier. Bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels. There is satellite TV plus a DVD and separate Hi-Fi system. There is a gardener - Gilles, and the caretaker Caterina, who comes on a Thursday to clean. If you want more of Caterina's time you would arrange it with her directly. • The property is 15 minutes walk away from the port of St. Jean. It's very picturesque with many attractive restaurants facing the quay. There are berths for motor or sailing yachts of any size in the ports of St. Jean or the nearby Beaulieu sur Mer. There are also boats available to charter.         Price bracket A Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
