Luxury waterfront villa on Cap d'Antibes with heatable pool, 4 en-suite bedrooms, sleeps 8
• This Californian-style villa is in an exceptional location, being truly 'pieds-dans-l'eau' on the Mediterranean, in this most exclusive area of Cap d'Antibes. Its private (heatable) infinity pool merges with the sea, and all the rooms have views over the bay of la Garoupe. It is light, luxuriously appointed, fully equipped and air-conditioned. Each room opens onto the Burgundy stone patio and pool area. The sandy beach of la Garoupe is a short stroll or swim away. Visitors who arrive by water can moor their tenders, climb your private steps, and join you for a drink on the terrace.
• Cap d'Antibes is one of the most exclusive areas on the Côte d'Azur. It has protected areas of outstanding natural beauty and some of the most famous expensive real-estate. There are excellent restaurants locally, and it is easy to reach Antibes, with its wide array of shops, the port, and the castle. Juan-les-Pins provides 24/7 entertainment and sandy beaches. Cannes, Vence, Grasse and Nice are but a short distance away. Monaco and Italy are easily reached along the motorway. Isola 2000 for skiing will take about 90 minutes.

Notes: The villa is single level, but there are a few steps to negotiate within the house, and it is probably not suitable for a wheelchair. There are two sets of (approx 10) steps down to the rocks where there are two bathing / sunning platforms, with direct access to the sea for swimming / snorkelling etc.
It is also possible for visitors to moor a small boat. There is a separate indoor area next to the pool, with table -tennis table. The villa lends itself to two families sharing, as two bedrooms with their en-suite facilities are at one end, with the bedrooms linked. One room contains a sofa-bed, and so could alternatively be used as a private lounge. A studio providing fifth bedroom and shower room will be available for summer 2006, when the villa would be able to accommodate 10. A plan of the villa is available on request.
