Villa for 10 with swimming pool on Cap d'Antibes at a reasonable price
The villa can host 10 people on 2 floors. It has a private garden with a large swimming pool 10m x 5m x 0.5m-2m, that is a delight during the hot season. Everything is nearby - the beaches and the tennis club 'Le Provencal' are only 5 minute walk. A golf club is only 20 min by car, and mountains and Italy 2hrs away. The Cap d'Antibes is between the lively centre of Juan-Les-Pins with its 24/7 non-stop activity during the summer and the old town of Antibes. Nearby: • Picasso museum, its traditional Provencial market, the Cap d'Antibes shopping centre and beaches. Cap d'Antibes is surrounded with typical villages of Provence: • Cannes with its international film festival (in May), Grasse the City of Perfumes, Biot, Saint Paul de Vence (Dali museum, Foundation Maeght Museum) and many others. The international airport of Nice is only 20 km away. During the hot season, the water can reach 30C (86 F) during the day, and during the night… too! Everything in the villa is dedicated to make you have a relaxing and cool holiday. In the garden, you will find everything you need (tables, chairs, BBQ, table tennis, set of "petanque"). The house has 2 separate and totally independent floors. The ground floor can host 4 people (2 rooms each with 2 twin beds). It has two shower rooms and separate toilet, a large living room and kitchen. The first floor hosts 6 people (1 double room, 2 twin bedrooms). It has a large living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, shower room and a separate toilet, TV, Hi-fi.
