Just a few minutes from the world famous perfume town of Grasse sits this lovingly restored stone Mas.
Surrounded by two hectares of gardens with 149 olive trees and 200 roses, the house has a beautiful pool, summer kitchen, an abundance of shady terraces, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
There is parking for several cars here and access to the house is through the gardens and olive groves which surround it and combine to make it a very private and peaceful place to be.
• On the ground floor is a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen with all modern appliances as well as a table and chairs for informal dining. Outside the kitchen door is a shaded terrace with table and chairs for al fresco breakfast or lunch. Also on this floor is the dining room which can easily accommodate 12 as well as the formal living room with stone fireplace and comfortable seating.
• The 11.5 x 5.5 metre pool is also on this level and has comfortable sun loungers and a very pretty summer kitchen/dining area with barbeque, pizza oven, dishwasher and cooker. All have double beds and offer spacious accommodation with the two first floor rooms having direct access to the gardens. If required, there is a fifth bedroom in the pool house area which also has its own shower room.
