Valbonne Valbonne 3 mins - Cannes 15mins - Coast 15 mins - Nice 25 mins This villa is the second home of the owner and is furnished and decorated extremely tastefully with all the refinements and luxuries you would expect to find in your own house. It is situated just outside Valbonne, at the end of a cul de sac amongst other individual villas. The villa, gardens and pool benefit from all day long sunshine. Gardens are well tended and are looked after regularly along with the pool. The pool is 11 x 4 metres with Roman steps into the shallow end, with widely paved areas around the pool to sunbathe and relax. Plenty of garden furniture. Outdoor shower near pool. Secure parking within the grounds which are completely fenced and private. • The villa provides three double bedrooms (all double beds), two on the ground floor and one on the first floor. • Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a shower room en-suite with W.C. and basin. From this bedroom is a French door leading to to the pool terrace. • Bedroom 2 (ground floor) has window overlooking the pool and is adjacent to a pretty blue bathroom, with double basin and W.C. (Access internally to Bedroom 1 is through Bedroom 2) • Bedroom 3 (1st. Floor), with pine-clad ceiling and pine furniture, has a window overlooking the garden. All bedrooms are beautifully and individually decorated. • The lounge is open to the dining area of the villa. It has floral peach-coloured sofa and two easy chairs, TV and video, and access directly to the garden. The dining area is furnished in oak, with large table seating six comfortably. Both these rooms have many collector's pieces and interesting memorabilia. From the dining area there is direct access to the garden and pool terrace through French windows. • The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge and small freezer. Units are all solid oak. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
