Mouans-Sartoux sleeps 6 adults - pool Grasse 10 mins - Cannes 15 mins - Nice 25 mins - Coast 15 mins - Autoroute 10 mins Mouans-Sartoux lies between Mougins, Grasse and Valbonne and is ideally situated for the coast or sightseeing. There are excellent restaurants close at hand and picturesque olive groves; also a number of first-class golf courses - one within walking distance as well as a tennis club. • This recently built villa has all new fittings including a superb white lacquered kitchen. The living area is L-shaped with the kitchen at one side open to the salon and divided by a breakfast bar with high stools. • Living area has three large windows that open fully back to give access to the garden, with covered terrace for dining, and lower pool terrace. TV, video and French satellite. • At the same (ground) level is one suite of bedrooms - one double bed with wardrobes and the other single. The pool is newly constructed in an oval design with shallow steps and paved surrounding terraces. There is a possibility of a special removable security fence for small children. • Parking for several cars. • The villa is in a residential area of Mouans-Sartoux, very unspoilt and rural, with views across the Plan de Grasse towards the town. The villa is within walking distance of the village of Mouans-Sartoux - approximately 15 minutes - and supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. Ideal for those looking far the Provencal style villa and close enough to appreciate the refinements that Cannes and Mougins can offer, and accessible to all areas for which the Cote d'Azur is renowned.
