There is no parking with the apartment, but a car is not essential here as everything is within a short walk and the facilities of public transport are exceptional.   • Being a studio, there is a very comfortable convertible sofa, modern round table and chairs, TV, video, CD and Hi-fi in the living area.   • Outlook is over the courtyard as the entrance is actually off the Avenue Commandant Andrè through an arch and therefore restricting noise from any passing traffic. Bathroom has shower over the bath, basin and WC.   • Kitchenette is fitted with sink, fridge, micro-wave and dual hob unit.     Everything is very compact, but at the same time spacious for 2 and it represents excellent value for a short break or for delegates attending any of the numerous conferences throughout the year in Cannes.
