Sleeps 4+2 - Pool A two bedroom apartment situated in a superbly kept Résidence in the Parc de la Badine in the heart of Antibes
The grounds are quite extensive with lawns, flower beds and mature shrubs and trees. There is a tennis court and large pool within the grounds.
• The apartment is on the second floor and has sea views across Antibes. Large balcony with dining table and cushioned chairs. Living area has sofa and easy chairs with pine coloured whicker occasional furniture. The kitchen is small but has washer/dryer, electric grill oven, hob and fridge as well as storage units.
• The main bedroom has patio window to the balcony, with pretty blue curtains and canopy. Shower cubicle in bedroom.
• The second bedroom has pine bunk beds. The bathroom has full suite with second shower over bath. Separate toilet.
• Although the apartment is ideal for 4 persons, 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the convertible roll-out sofa in the living area, or alternatively on the two convertible chairs also in the lounge.
• There is a secure underground parking space (No.36) as well as additional unreserved parking spaces within the grounds.
• A Casino supermarket is within walking distance. It takes about 10 - 15 mins. to walk into the centre of Antibes from the Résidence. An ideal apartment for a family holiday in a very sought-after area. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
