A modern and bright apartment on the second floor with extensive views over the Olympic-sized pool and the Cannes Marina. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable for 4 people, having one double bedroom and a twin single bedroom. All of the rooms have direct access onto the balcony which overlooks the pool .
• The front door of the apartment opens into the lounge which is bright and sunny with floor to ceiling sliding patio doors opening onto the large balcony.
• A dining table for four,with satellite T.V., video recorder and full hi-fi system. The kitchen is all white and fully equipped with oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven.
• The bathroom has also overhead shower, wash basin and separate W.C.
• The apartment is conveniently situated and is suitable for anyone without a car as there is local public transport available, and a selection of shops within the complex and beach.
• Supermarket and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
• Mandelieu itself is a large town on the outskirts of Cannes and has a weekly market, all the local shopping facilities and beaches in La Napoule. Cannes, with its famous Croisette and designer shops is only a short drive or bus trip. Access to the autoroute for further afield sight seeing is less than 5 minutes. A well-positioned apartment, excellent facilities and at an affordable price.
