Montauroux (Var) Reference V1 Click on the pics to see enlargements	Sleeps 10 + 2 persons - pool A spacious villa approximately one and a half miles from the centre of the charming Provençal village of Montauroux in the Var with outstanding views towards the valley of the Chateau of Christian Dior and the Lac St Cassien, and encompassing the Esterel mountain range. The entrance to the villa has an electronically controlled gate with video and ample parking for several cars. Built on a plot of 3400 sq.m amidst Olive groves and fruit trees, the villa consists of 2 floors and a lower terrace for the pool and poolhouse. The pool (12 x 6 metres ) has curved beach entrance and cascade edge. The surrounding terraces also have the same magnificent views as does the villa. Summer kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave and double gas hob, toilet and shower. Table and chairs with parasols for poolside dining.   • A wide illuminated stairway leads up from the pool to the ground floor of the villa which composes living room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, main guest bedroom with en suite bathroom, pantry, hallway, garage( for 1 car) and toilet. Just outside the living room is a second exterior dining area with teak table and chairs. There is also a boules court and guests may use the surfboard and golf clubs of the owner.   • The first floor has three double bedrooms (2 twin and 1 double), 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet and a large roof terrace onto which the twin rooms of the upper floor have access. One of the upper bathrooms is shared by occupants of these two bedrooms (bath basin and bidet) The final double bedroom has small private terrace and en suite bathroom with shower and basin. One separate toilet on the second floor.   • The living room is 70 sq.m with fully opening sliding doors to the terrace above the pool. Integrated soft downlighters throughout with sofas, dining table and chairs, stereo, CD, Astra satellite. This room can be air conditioned at extra cost. The kitchen is of Italian design with combination hob, friteuse, microwave/combination oven, large American style fridge, dishwasher. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has en-suite bathroom with large shower and toilet, oversized bed, CD and TV. French windows to terrace. Guest bedroom has twin single beds (can be put together) en-suite bath, shower, basin and bidet. Also air-conditioning. Two extra guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the lounge, but the villa is better suited for 10 persons.     This is a truly superb villa with excellent accommodation, amazing far-reaching views in the tranquility of the Provençal countryside and yet within striking distance of all the Côte d'Azur venues.
