St. Paul en Forêt - Var Reference V3 Click on the pics to see enlargements	Sleeps up to 12 persons - pool The first vestiges of this villa date from circa 1680, when it consisted of a 'Bergerie' at the lower level, with accommodation above for the shepherd. Over the centuries, the main building has been extended on regular basis, until today we see a dwelling that must be unique, situated in 35,000 sq. metres of woodland, with a small river running through. • Sleeps 12 maximum - St. Paul en Forêt 5 minutes - Medieval village of Bagnols en Forêt 10 minutes - Fayence 15 minutes - Fréjus 25 minutes - Nice airport 40 minutes   • Buried way off the beaten track, this is the perfect place for a 'get away from it all' low stress holiday for up to 12 persons - ideal for 2 or even 3 families. Notwithstanding that access to the coast is but 25 minutes by road to Fréjus, this is really suited to a 'doing it here' holiday. The view to the south through a distant gorge towards Roquebrune sur Argens is magnificent on a clear day. The seclusion as well as the endless possibilities of planning outdoor activities such as BBQing, meals on the terrace or around the pool, walks - you name it - offer opportunities that are boundless.   • The owners who normally live in a completely separate apartment, offer the option of good cooking and providing meals at very reasonable prices or alternatively leaving you completely autonomous.   • Fully equipped kitchen leading into the dining area which is furnished in wicker. This leads down steps to a small dining area. A feature of this room is a built-in running water ornamental pool which connects with the one on the patio.   • Following on from the above is a high ceilinged living area, which is in fact the original Bergerie built in stone, and has a mezzanine leading back into the next level of the house, which has a small sitting room as well as entrance hall to the front aspect of the property, as well as a door to a covered parking. Up a level, is a double bedroom also leading back to the mezzanine, as well as a further bedroom having a double and single bed. This all shares a bathroom with WC. Also a double bedroom with shower and washroom. • Next level having a double bedroom and balcony with view towards Roquebrune sur Argens (see picture). This features a bathroom with two washbasins and WC.   • Adjacent is a double bedroom with King sized 1.9m bed. • External tower room sleeps 2 in double bed - ideal for teenagers/couple. • Large patio - which includes a fish pool - overlooks the swimming pool of 17m x 7.5m which is on a lower level.   The owner is a keen golfer, who can arrange for clients to benefit from special terms at several local prestigious golf courses.
