A stone built Provencal style villa in Le Trayas which is on the boundary of the Parc National de l'Esterel. The villa is on three levels, the entrance being at the top level which includes a garage and internal lift. On the middle level is a large lounge area with sofas, hi-fi system, T.V. with satellite and DVD player.
Access to terrace from both living room and kitchen, where there is a built-in BBQ and dining table for six. Lovely views from the terrace to the bay of Miramar and Cannes. The kitchen is new and of a high quality with glass fronted units. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a dressing area and ensuite bathroom, one other twin bedroom, ensuite shower room and separate W.C.
There is a small utility room with washing machine.
On the lower level, there is also a seating area (with sofa bed) and small kitchen with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher. Again, there are two bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the second double with a single bed. All of the rooms are spacious and each apartment has an entrance hall. In the lower apartment, the hallway has a single bed/sofa, which although it is not private could be used for an extra child.
Access to the swimming pool (10m x 4.5m) is from the lower level and there is a covered terrace here as well as plenty of space around the pool. The garden is steep but there is a level grassed area at one side.
A very spacious villa with adaptable sleeping arrangements, superb views and close to the sandy beach at Miramar.
Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper. Please phone or Email for details of the period of interest to you. All prices INCLUDE linen and towels.
