On the same level is situated a bedroom with two twin beds and the same magnificient view as the livingroom. Adjacent bathroom with bath, toilet 2 wash basins and access to utility room with washer and clothes dryer. Separate toilet. • First floor: master bedroom with large double bed, TV, and and panoramic view. Separate toilet. Bathroom with bath, shower, 2 wash basins, bidet and ranging space. Shower room with washbasin. A long hall leads towards another separate bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate toilet and two other bedrooms. The first bedroom with 2 single beds, ranging space and a washbasin. The second bedroom with two twin beds, ranging space and access to the garden area on the poolside. • Separate studio building with small terrace and view over the village of Cabris, 2 single beds, 2 washbasins, shower and separate toilet. • Pool of 11x 5m with open and covered pool terraces and an upper terrace with view over the Lac de St. Cassien. A truly magnificient place for people who enjoy nature. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
