Built in 1992 in a Etruscan style the villa is situated on the hills behind Beaulieu sur Mer with views down to the coastline approximately 7 kilometres away. With 200 m2 of living space the villa accommodates 6 people easily in 3 bedrooms. The area is very residential and quiet and it is essential to have a car. • Beaulieu village 7 mins - Nice 15 mins - Cannes 35 mins - Coast 7 kms - Autoroute 15 minutes. Sleeps 6 persons • The living area immediately faces the pool with large sliding windows, giving direct access to the pool and terrace. Furnishings in the salon are a mixture of modern and antique, with light-cloured sofas in an area of 60 m2. Off the salon is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, micro-wave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is also a cloakroom/WC off the hall. • All three bedrooms are on the first floor. Two are twin-bedded rooms that share a bathroom and WC, and the master bedroom has double bed with shower room en-suite, dressing area and sea views. • Parking for 2 cars to the rear of the villa and access is by a small lane that passes close to other similar quality properties. The villa accesses the Moyenne Corniche, tenabling access to Nice very quickly, entering near the port. Otherwise the road from the villa leads down to the pretty village of Beaulieu, with its small local shops, beach, quaint avenues and of course the Casino right on the coast. • The whole ambience of the villa is most tasteful with decorative additions and friezes by the artistic owner - an unusual combination of contemporary and traditional tastes.
