Everything about this property is immaculate... the poolhouse, the manicured garden, the idyllic pool and the superbly appointed villa. The accommodation is for 6 people with 2 being housed in the independent annexe/poolhouse with twin beds, shower room, WC and kitchenette, and the main villa sleeping 4 people in the main double bedroom and an upper floor twin room.
The ground floor has the master bedroom with en-suite shower with raised teak decking, twin vanitory unit and access from the bedroom to the rear garden. The living area is all open plan from the conservatory TV room equipped with Sky/BBC digital TV, through the main spacious sitting room, to the luxury kitchen and circular dining area. All the furnishings are excellent quality in a blend of wrought iron, rattan, leather and teak with harmonizing shades of rust, beige and cream. There is access from the salon to a dining terrace area that overlooks the pool and there is also a sunken barbecue area with summer kitchen. The main villa kitchen is fully equipped with slate grey fronted units and granite work top. A circular glass dining table with wrought iron chairs is ideal for breakfast in the kitchen and the circular form of the eating area has windows to all sides overlooking the pretty garden.
The upper floor of the villa has a large twin room looking out to the rear garden. There is a vanity unit in the bedroom and an adjacent shower room on the first floor. There is also a washer on the upper floor.
The pool has a beach-style entrance with jacuzzi, self-cleaning salt system and partially edged with rocks. The garden is completely enclosed and the main entrance has parking both on the crazy-paved courtyard and also under a car port attached to the villa. Parts of the villa are the original shepherd's cottage and have been extended sympathetically to incorporate the salon, conservatory and kitchen which were later additions to the property as well as the stone-built poolhouse. Situated on the edge of the elevated village of Montauroux which offers general and artisanal shops, picturesque central square, cinema and within easy reach of the beautiful Lake St Cassien, the A8 autoroute and coastal towns of St Raphaël, Fréjus and La Napoule/Cannes. This property (as are others so marked on this Website) is available for 'flexi' booking periods - often midweek - which means that you can take advantage of cheaper airline tickets
