A charming villa, totally renovated by the owners, set in peaceful, rural surroundings just below the village of Les Adrets, yet only 10 minutes drive to Mandelieu and the A6 motorway which gives easy access to the whole of the Côte d'Azur. (Les Adrets village 5 minutes) / Autoroute 10 mins. / Nice 40 mins. / Cannes 25 mins./ Coast 15 mins.
• The approach the villa is via a gravel driveway with parking for two cars.
• From the entrance hall are stairs leading to the three bedrooms.
• One bedroom has a king size bed, one a standard double and the third has twin singles. Also on this floor is the blue & white tiled bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC and sink.
• On the ground floor is the living/dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with two sofas and one armchair. Also there is a TV, satellite, video and hi-fi.
• Large dining table and six chairs at the far end of the living room and french windows which open onto a covered terrace with another table, chairs and gas BBQ for dining al-fresco. From the covered terrace is the pool. The area around the pool is part grassed, part terraced, and benefits from all day long sun exposure. The rest of the grounds are grassed and safe for children.
• Off from the living room is the kitchen which is very pretty, fully equipped and fully fitted with painted units, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,gas hob, oven, microwave and double sink. Stable style doors lead from the kitchen to the pool.
• Guest WC just off from the lounge and a small laundry room with washing machine. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
