The pride and joy of the owners, everything is to a very high standard and it makes an ideal villa for a family of four with a safe garden and its own private pool. Parking adjacent to the villa is in secure grounds entered by remote-controlled gate. • The villa is disposed on one level with just a few steps up to the entrance. • Large living room with comfortable sofa and easy chairs, dining table and access from the front to the pool terrace, or at the rear to a shady dining area with teak decking and canvass pavillion. • The kitchen, all modern and newly-fitted with white high gloss units and full equipment, is also at the rear of the house and has access to the same rear terrace. • Appliances include fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, micro-wave, electric hob and oven. The two bedrooms both face out to the pool, one a double and the other a twin. These both share the washing facilities of a bathroom with separate WC. The floors, except the kitchen, are all carpeted and clients are asked to take the utmost care when returning from the pool. A balustrade borders the edge of a raised terrace immediately in front of the villa providing some security for small children, although there are two open accesses to the pool. The pool depth is uniform at approximately 1.5 metres, so diving is inadvisable. Roman steps provide a very pleasant seating area in the centre of the pool.   This is a real opportunity to find a superb little villa at a reasonable price, easily accessible to the coast or inland, and with the interior quality of a home-from-home.
