A really delightful and immaculate villa in an elevated position near Le Tignet and Cabris with magnificent views from Lac St Cassien to the sea. Situated at the end of a residential cul de sac, the property benefits from the tranquility of the surrounding countryside, with just a few neighbouring houses. Furnishings are tones of lemon and ochre with large leather angled sofa, occasional chairs and fitted wall units in cream and gilt. TV, video, DVD, Hi-fi and satellite channels.The dining area has an elegant table and high-backed emerald green chairs. Passing through to the kitchen there are all excellent appliances with dishwasher, electric oven, hob, micro-wave, waste disposal and a utility room behind with a washing machine and ample storage. Kitchen worktops are granite. • The pool measures 8 x 4 metres with ladder steps and this can be heated at extra cost if required. There is a shower, WC and basin at the poolside, store room for garden furniture and sunbed cushions. Parking inside grounds or garage if preferred. • Everything about the villa is immaculate, so neat and tidy reflecting the fastidious nature of the owners. A rare opportunity to reside in such a perfectly presented villa.
