Valbonne - Alpes Maritimes Reference V37 Click on the pics to see enlargements	Sleeps 6 - pool Valbonne 5 mins - Nice 20 mins - Cannes 15 mins - Coast 15 mins - Autoroute 8 minutes   Situated close to Valbonne, this link-detached villa is an ideal place for a family of up to 6 people, particularly those with children as the pool is communal for the domaine. Valbonne is a very picturesque village with a lively community especially in the central Place des Arcades and the Salle des Fêtes. There are regular antique fairs and other attractions throughout the summer months. • The villa is on two levels. Entering at the rear of the property, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a large salon with modern and light-coloured soft-furnishings. There is also a study off of the lounge that has a convertible sofa should clients need separate sleeping accommodation, but the maximum occupancy is for 6 people only. Both the study and salon have French windows that open out onto the garden which is fenced and mainly grassed, with a dining patio area. • Shower room on the lower floor with WC. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one double, one with bunks and a slideaway bed beneath and a third bedroom with a mezzanine level bed, on a raised platform which is therefore suitable for children or teenagers. The slideaway bed could be put into this room if required. There is also a family bathroom on the upper floor. • Showers and toilets for the pool area. At the shallow there are steps to enter and ladder steps at the deep end. The pool area is fenced and hedged with wide paved surround for sun-bathing. Parking spots unreserved are at the rear of the villa. • A local supermarket - the Champion - within walking distance from the villa as well as a pharmacy, other specialist shops are in the village of Valbonne together with some excellent restaurants.   Available only 4th August - 1st September   Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
