Valbonne village 2 minutes /Grasse 10 mins./ Autoroute 10 mins. / Nice 20 mins. / Cannes 15 mins./ Coast 20 mins. - Situated just outside of the delightful village of Valbonne, this cottage-style villa gives an opportunity for a family of four to have an individual villa with its own pool and super garden, in peace and quiet, yet only a couple of minutes from the village centre. Valbonne is a lively village with the Salle des Fêtes giving concerts, an annual circus, a monthly antiques fair, and often buskers in the square, all with easy parking.
This particular villa is situated on the edge of the village, still within walking distance and with beautiful views across to the Plan de Grasse and the foothills of the southern Alps. What is unusual about this villa is that it caters only for 4 people, within its own grounds - not on a domaine - and has its own private pool.
Internally the villa is immaculate. There is a salon/dining room with modern sofas, table and chairs and with a 'coin' for TV. There are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms can be used as a second sitting room as it has two convertible sofas. Otherwise these can be used as large single beds or as a second double if required. This bedroom has direct access to the garden. The main bedroom has a large double bed with twin mattresses on a large double base. Again there is direct access to the garden. There is one main bathroom and WC.
The garden is quite extensive and is looked after by the same person who looks after the swimming pool, and maintained to a high standard.
We have very few properties to offer of this standard, this size, this quality and this price. Albeit late on our villa list this season this is a bargain to be quickly 'snapped up'. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
