The villa is situated in a calm residential area of Roquefort Les Pins. The large terrain of 3000m2 is entirely enclosed. The nearest restaurant is at 3 minutes' drive from the villa as are the local shops and supermarket. • Cannes - Nice Airport 25 minutes - Beaches 30 minutes
• Entrance to the villa is via an open living room with a functional sitting area around an open fire place. This area leads to the recently fitted and fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and gaz hob on one side. The other side is a dining room adjoined, with large wooden dining table.
• On the same floor is a bedroom with a single bed and a slide away bed. The ensuite bathroom has a sunken bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has a wrought-iron double bed. The third bedroom is also equipped wirth a wrought-iron double bed as well as a baby bed. The adjacent bathroom has an old fashioned sitting bath, a toilet, bidet and washbasin.
• Off the hall is a utility room with the washing machine and clothes dryer, as well as a separate shower room with wash basin. An external staircase that leads to a further bedroom with double bed.
• The small pool has shallow area for small children, of 2x2m. The main pool itself is 8x4m. Situated at the a back of the garden is a large outdoor play area for children, as well as a permanent barbecue. This villa is very suitable for a family holiday. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
