• This is a holiday home that has been in the same family for nearly five decades and as such has charm, sentimental values and although not the ultimate in luxury, is a villa having a welcoming homely atmosphere and is just a very short walk to the most famous beach on Cap d'Antibes - La Garoupe. Here are to be found all the watersports available - waterskiing, donuts, flying fish, parasailing and many more, with waterside restaurants and their private beaches. It is an idyllic spot for just chilling out.
• The villa has a large salon/dining room, with access to a verandah which has a large dining table to eat outdoors.
• Kitchen is a typical mix and match of the 50s with oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and an array of cupboards, hoarding pots, pans and a broad spectrum of other serving dishes.
• Access to small terrace from kitchen with breakfast 'coin' for 2.
• The two bedrooms are on the same floor as the salon, with one Master double bedroom with en-suite shower and bidet. The other bedroom is a twin single that could be made up as a second double. Adjacent to both bedrooms is the main family bathroom. Bath with shower hand held and basin. Separate WC.
• This is a house to retreat to after a hard day at the beach, sip aperitifs on the roof terrace watching the sun setting and then sink into comfy sofas in the living room after that late dinner on the terrace.
