Nice 45 mins./ Cannes 30 mins./ Lac St. Cassien 10 mins./ Coast 30 mins./ Autoroute 15 mins.
The villa faces south on a gently sloping hillside near the medieval village of Tourrettes in the Var department. With far-reaching views to the hills across the valley, and the larger villages of Fayence, Montauroux. Callian and Seillans are all within 5-10 minutes' drive. All of these villages are interesting to visit and have many excellent cafés and restaurants in the area. There are good supermarkets close by and also a Marché Paysan within five minutes' drive, where locally produced fruit and vegetables are sold daily.

There are many sports facilities in the area and Lac St. Cassien is only a short drive away where you can swim, take out pedaloes and wind surf. Fayence has one of the best gliding centres in the Mediterranean basin, and there are four golf courses within 20 minutes' drive and tennis is available close by. Beaches at Cannes, La Napoule, Théoule and St. Raphael are within easy reach as well as the Gorges du Verdon.

The villa has a new kitchen with oven, hob, micro-wave, dishwasher and fridge. Washing machine and dryer are in the garage. Living room has beamed ceiling, and patio doors opening onto the upper terrace overlooking the pool. Satellite TV, video, hi-fi. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor and a studio on the first floor. The master double bedroom has en suite bathroom with WC. Guest double bedroom has access to garden. Twin bedroom has single with a slideaway that can be used as second single or links with the other to be made up as a double. Second twin bedroom. Shower room and separate WC. The studio on the upper level has a convertible sofa for 2 extra guests if necessary.
