Mandelieu - Cannes Alpes Maritimes Reference V75 Click on the pics to see enlargements	Sleeps 8 A newly-built villa on the hill of Capitou overlooking the whole of the bay of Cannes. The standard of equipment is of excellent quality and the villa sleeps up to 8 persons in comfort. The access road to the villa is fairly narrow over an unmade stretch, and with a steep drive but worth the slight inconvenience for the panoramic views and the luxurious accommodation. The idyllic pool is of weir-type skimmer construction, however this is not a villa for unsupervised younger children due to the slopes of the hillside location.   • Mandelieu - 5 minutes Cannes - 15 minutes - Beach 10 minutes - Nice 30 minutes. Sleeps 8.  • The accommodation from the main entrance is a large open plan style incorporating living room, a more formal dining area and a limed oak kitchen…..all of these have views to the bay that are quite spectacular - both during the day and at night. • Covered verandah for outdoor dining has the advantage of the view, the pool vista and a cooler place for that lingering lunch, or a relaxed evening barbecue.The kitchen - recently re-equipped - has all new appliances: electric oven, gas hob, micro-wave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and is adjacent to the exterior dining terrace. • Living space is in apricot tones, with satellite TV with some English channels and hi-fi. The master bedroom is situated on the same level with double bed and en-suite bathroom with sunken bath, shower and twin basins. Upper level has double suite with shared bathroom adjacent, and the lower level has two double bedrooms with access to the same terrace as the pool, with shared shower room and WC situated between the two. Lower level also has exterior shower and store area.   • A spectacular villa, more for a family with teenagers than toddlers, close to all amenities, superb views and a really relaxing feel to the whole villa. Price range indications are per week in high season in Pounds Sterling per week and may vary according to time of year - spring, autumn and winter often much cheaper.
