An extremely spacious modern villa with accommodation that extends to 700m2. The décor is a mixture of ultra modern with objets d'art, some antiques and excellent quality furnishings. The entrance to the rear of the villa belies the sumptuous interior and on entering the living area you descend a few marble steps to a salon in excess of 110m2 with triple aspect overlooking the pool and terrace to the rear and open landscape to the two sides. The terrace overlooking the pool is arched and covered. Leather sofas in different sitting areas in the salon as well as oak dining table and chairs. On the upper floor of the villa there is the master suite with large double bed and private terrace, dressing area and magnificent en suite bathroom. There are three further double bedrooms ( 1 double bed and 2 twin) with their own en suite shower or bathroom facilities.
Exiting from the salon there is a balustraded flight of stairs externally that leads to the pool, small circular fountain pool and the poolside bar, gamesroom and a further two bedrooms to sleep 2 extra guests as necessary, each with its own shower room. The villa is an amazing complex of different room configurations, so that teenagers can be separate from the adults, or couples can have their own privacy in separate suites. Spacious and at this late stage in the 2002 season, a bargain not to be missed
