A very comfortable family villa situated within 10 minutes' walking distance of the centre of the village of Mouans-Sartoux, and with easy reach of the coast and all areas of the Côte d'Azur.
The villa is well maintained and is suitable for children, having a large garden with climbing frames, as well as large flat grassed areas. Views from the garden extend across the Plan de Grasse and further to the hills beyond the perfume capital of Grasse. Local amenities in Mouans-Sartoux include a whole range of local shops, good restaurants, A XVIIth century Château with various exhibitions and concerts during the summer, local weekly markets and bric-à-brac stalls as well as regular book markets. There is also a new cultural centre due to be completed this year, and a large supermarket is within a 5 minute drive.
Parking is within the grounds adjacent to the villa. The pool measuring 9 x 4 metres, and is is sheltered by a screen of laurel and evergreen hedge and has ladder steps and a divng board. A raised terrace overlookd the garden and pool and is on the same level as the salon, and is therefore ideal for dining outside and appreciating the view.
Inside the villa, the salon and dining room are traditlonally furnished. Satellite T.V. and video are provided. The dining end of the living room has French windows opening onto the raised garden terrace. Next to this room is the recently refurbished kitchen, fully equipped with micro-wave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and electric oven. The kitchen has open shelving for storage and access from the back door to the garden where there is a delightful sunny spot for morning breakfast.
Two bedrooms are accessed from the kitchen area and are furnished with bunk beds in one and a double bed in the other. Both bedrooms share the facilities of a bathroom and separate W.C. that are adjacent. The third bedroom with en-suite bathroom leads off from the living room and this has direct access to the covered terrace at the front of the villa with views of the garden and pool.
Being the permanent home of the owners, La Sénèquière has all home-from-home comforts of family living and is only available for a very limited time of 2 two-week periods
